How you will be evaluated

You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

This announcement is considered a Standing Register. It is not used to fill a specific vacancy and, instead, gathers applications from many applicants over time who will be referred to the hiring manager when vacancies exist. Some schools may require many Substitutes throughout the school year and many applicants are hired regularly whereas some smaller schools may not require many Substitutes. You will have a chance to identify your preference in specific school(s) during the application process.

IMPORTANT:Your application is valid for 3 months. To extend its validity, you must resubmit your application for a new 3-month period.

You may apply to as many or as few schools as you wish, but you will only receive one job offer for one specific school. This school will become your home school, but, when applicable, other schools within the area often share Substitutes so you may have the opportunity to work at different schools as well.

Your application package (resume and supporting documents) will initially be reviewed for completeness and used to determine whether you meet the minimum eligibility and qualification requirements listed on this announcement. If eligibility and qualification requirements are met, candidates' applications may be referred to the hiring manager for consideration. The hiring manager may contact you directly for an interview.

If an incomplete application package is submitted or if you are determined to be ineligible or not qualified, your application will receive no further consideration until you re-submit your application .
